One of the perks of being the organizer of Yogafest is being invited to try out various wellness retreats.  So, when Hugh Alexander, founder of Satori Villas, invited me to spend a few days at his retreat in Sri Lanka I immediately said yes. 

It dawned on me as we drove along the steep, rock strewn hills toward Ramallah that it was 30 years ago I first visited the Middle East region.

I travelled to Amsterdam in mid-September for a training event.

Latest stop on my business travel was London combined with a visit to Norwich to see my son. I heard lots about the yoga scene there and was very excited to check it out.

I landed in Joberg a week ago. I stayed at the luxurious Palazzo hotel in Bryanston, close to our offices.

Last week I found myself back in Cairo for work. 

As you know, I try to attend a local yoga class wherever I go and this time I found myself in Istanbul, Turkey.

2013 has started with a business trip to Paris. I lived here in the late 80s for 3 years and have a special love for the city. 

In December I went to Hyderabad, India for work to attend a course. Hyderabad is the IT capital of India and Microsoft has its main R&D facility there.
