We believe in karma yoga, giving without expectation. It’s our way of paying it forward. By keeping our events free, you have the opportunity to donate to our charity so you too can feel the joy of giving.
Elaine founded Yogafest in 2010 while working for Microsoft. Driven by her life-long passion for health and wellness, she wanted to support her fellow employees with their work life balance. Her plan was to organise free yoga classes to encourage employees to go outside and stretch and breathe in the beautiful grounds behind their offices in Dubai internet city. On 21st December, 2010 in celebration of the winter solstice, Yogafest was born. Today Elaine organizes many wellness events, always outside and always free and since 2013, in support of local charities.
I went in two different events and I can say they were both amazing and very well organized. Amazing initiative!
YogaFest is one of the only "true" yoga events in Dubai, focusing on the local community--showcasing yoga instructors and businesses who are within the region which makes it special and fun to attend.

This was the first year I attended Yogafest, and despite the awful dusty weather, i was so glad I did! Dubai needs more of these events. Really great vibe, good variety of classes (not just yoga) and a nice way to spend a weekend. Loved the meditation teepee. Well done to all involved!

Congratulations Elaine Kelly and Gray McCulloch, you guys made it work despite the near cyclonic conditions - it was a fabulous yogafest, all the more for the perseverance, tenacity and spirit of the yoga community. All power to you guys for such dedication and commitment. I loved the meditation tent in particular.. great place to hang out all day.
Amazing outdoor yoga and vibe. You get to practice with different yoga teachers and styles. A truly unique Dubai experience - all under a full moon.

Lovely community to mingle with fellow yogis in unconventional settings every time which cleanse the soul and body inside out. Love their passion and sincerity - the free events, retreats and updates are always a treat.
It is beautiful experience reflecting the true meaning of yoga as a way of life where everyone can benefit from this combination of physical yoga in all its types..hatha,vinyasa flow,power yoga...and spirituality (meditation...).the place is such wonderful where u can feel connected to the nature and hear birds singing while doing your practice..the teachers are highly professional and the sessions are just to be enjoyed.
